Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that 271,554 shares have been allotted as per Firstsource Solutions Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2003 (ESOS 2003) and Firstsource Solutions Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 (ESOP 2019 Plan) on 23rd August 2022, pursuant to the exercise of the Stock Options granted under the Company's ESOS 2003 and ESOP 2019 Plan.
