FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 485,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on September 9, 2014 under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,625,516,880 consisting of 662,551,688 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
