Flexituff International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved:<BR><BR>- Appointment of M/s. MZSK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Joint Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
