Fluidomat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, <BR>has recommended a dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- (25%) per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2015-16, on the total 49,27,000 equity shares subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
