In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in its Meeting held today, i.e.'' on 12th November 2021 through video conferencing, has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and the Half-year ended 30th September 2021 along with the Cash Flow Statement for the Half-year ended 30th September 2021 and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date. <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, following are enclosed:<BR> i.
