FORCE MOTORS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2020 till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the financial year ended on 31st March, 2020; for ''Designated Persons'' of the Company, including their immediate relatives.
