FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD. - Change in Directorate

Pursuant to Regulation 30, this is to inform you that: (a)Due to personal reasons, primarily attributed by frequent long travel, Ms Lynette Joy Hepburn Brown (Independent Director) (DIN-06878034), has tendered her resignation from Directorship of the Company effective from April 11, 2017, and (b)Due to pre-occupation, Mr Ravi Umesh Mehrotra (Non-Executive Director) (DIN- 01355561) has tendered his resignation from the directorship(s) of the Company with effect from April 12, 2017, however he continues to be associated with the Fortis Group as Executive Chairman RHT Health Trust Manager Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company and the Trustee Manager of RHT Health Trust (a Business Trust listed at Singapore Stock Exchange). The Board has noted the aforesaid resignations and placed on record its sincere appreciation to both Ms. Lyn and Mr. Mehrotra for their support, guidance and contributions for the Company during their respective tenures. You are requested to take the same on records.
