L/SURV/ONL/PV/SR/2022-2023/197, we would like to clarify that the Company has been regularly sharing all information / announcements that may be having any bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company including all price sensitive information with the stock exchange. The increase in the volume of the security across the exchanges, in the recent past, appears to be due to market conditions / market driven. The Company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and we will keep the stock exchanges duly informed of any information as may be required under the said regulations as and when any such event occurs.
