FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares

Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 1,42,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the grantee, upon exercise of vested stock options.<BR><BR>Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,631,137,940/- divided into 463,113,794 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
