FOSECO INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting (Re-appointment of the Managing Director)

Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2016, has re-appointed Sanjay Mathur as a Managing Director of the Company for the next term of 3 years starting from April 01, 2016 to March 31, 2019, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company.<BR><BR>The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders' at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Sanjay Mathur's current term as a Managing Director ends on March 31, 2016.
