Frontline Business Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. The Board has decided to change the Name Change of the Company subject to availability of name by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.<br/><br/>2. The Board has approved the amendment in the object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company and decided to take the approval of shareholders through postal ballot.
