Frontline Business Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2014, has approved preferential allotment upto 50 lacs equity shares to non promoters/investors and upto 40 lacs convertible share warrants to promoters to infuse the funds for undertaking the proposed diversification of business.
