Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 29th June, 2020, inter alia; <BR> 1. Approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> 2.
