Fulford India Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Public Announcement (Post Offer PA) is being issued by Dashtag (Acquirer) to the equity shareholders (Shares) of Fulford (India) Ltd ( Target Company), in respect of the Voluntarily delisting of equity shares of the Target Company, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009<BR>and subsequent amendments thereto (Delisting Regulations).
