Fulford India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the dividend shall be paid on or before September 09, 2015 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
