Fulford India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sachin Gaikwad has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the Company. His last day of working with the Company was September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Consequently, Mr. Sachin Gaikwad has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2014.
