This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 13th November, 2017 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2017. <BR> <BR> Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 7th November 2017 to 15th November, 2017 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
