In pursuance of provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons as adopted by the Company, please note that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed effective from the closure of the Quarter ending on 31 December 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31 December 2022.
