With reference to the above, please find enclosed herewith the copy of Order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') pronounced and uploaded on the NCLT web portal today i.e. 04 May 2023, regarding admission of the petition of Bank of India, filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the Code) before the Hon'ble NCLT on 26 August 2022 against the Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited.
