Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 29, 2015 to November 07, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from November 08, 2015.
