With reference to Increase in Volume, Future Retail Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"we have been following a consistent corporate governance policy, to inform stock exchanges of any information / announcement which have a bearing on the operation / performance of the company and which need to be informed to investors at large. All such information / announcement are made immediately as per requirements of the listing agreement. At present there are no such information / announcement, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price / volume behavior in the scrip."
