Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>As per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed between November 07, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from November 16, 2014.
