Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide resolution passed by circulation on August 31, 2015, has approved Grant of options to eligible employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2012 (ESOS-2012).
