Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has agreed to acquire the entire equity shares of FabFurnish.Com owned and operated by Bluerock eServices Private Limited ("BEPL") as per the terms and conditions agreed under the Share Purchase Agreement. The definitive documents are in process of being executed.<BR><BR>Consequent to acquisition of the entire share capital, BEPL will become subsidiary of the Company.
