Considered and approve Un- audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter & half Year ended 30th September, 2020 along with the Cash flow Statement for the half year ended on 30th September,2020, and along with a copy of Limited Review Report.<BR> i.e. approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 13th November, 2020 in terms of Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
