Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in company''s Shares/securities, the "Trading window" shall remain closed from January 01, 2023 for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results for the period ended on December 31, 2022.
