This is to inform you that as per the provisions of Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, The 'Trading Window' of the Company, for the designated persons, shall remain closed from 1st October, 2021 and shall reopen 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the period and second quarter ended 30th September, 2021 are made public.
