Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 and to recommend interim dividend if any, subject to the approval of Board of Directors.
