GABRIEL INDIA LTD. - Board to consider Dividend

Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 & recommend the dividend, if any, subject to the approval in the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided to close its trading window for insiders covered under "Gabriel Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading". The Said trading window closure commenced from May 02, 2015 and will continue till 24 hours after the results are made public on May 20, 2015.
