Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window is closed from January 20, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive) and would be open from February 06, 2017.
