Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Jagdish Kumar as an Additional Non-Executive Director.<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16 @ 45% i.e. 0.45 per equity share of Re. 1/-.
