Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window is closed from May 10, 2016 to May 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) and would be open from May 23, 2016.
