Gail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 22, 2017, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2017, and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2016-17. if any, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Trading Window shall remain closed for the period May 15, 2017 to May 24, 2017 for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
