With reference to the earlier letter dated November 23, 2015, Gail (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that Shri Anupam Kulshreshtha, Shri D. J. Pandian, Shri Sanjay Tandon and Shri S. K. Srivastava have been appointed as non-official part-time (Independent) Directors on the Board of the Company.
