This is in continuation of the letter no. ND/GAIL/SECTT/2020 dated 10.08.2022. The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 17th August, 2022, inter-alia, approved to borrow monies together with the money already borrowed by the Company upto the limit of sum equivalent to Rs.25,000/- crore in one or more tranches from time to time.
