Gajanan Securities Services Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you, that as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 the trading window of the Company will be closed for Board Members and designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from end of the 2nd quarter ended 30th September, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024, to the Stock Exchanges.
