GAJRA BEVEL GEARS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2ndApril, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 21 till completion of 48 hrs after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 21.<BR> All the Directors, KMP's, Designated Employees, connected persons, fiduciary and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. <BR> Since the company is undergoing CIRP hence the powers of the board are suspended, and no board meeting can be called. However, the RP Mr. Navin Khandelwal will approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September ,2021 and will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR>
