Approval of Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022: 2. Appointment of Mr. Nishant Dholakia as Additional Executive Director on the Board of the Company subject to his obtaining a DIN within 7 working days- with effect from the date of allotment of DIN to Mr. Nishant Dholakia.
