Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2022.
