Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Raising of Funds

Board of Directors at their meeting held on 24th May 2024 considered and approved raising of funds by way of issuance of upto 48,40,000 (Forty Eight Lakh Forty Thousand only) compulsorily convertible debentures of having face value of Rs. 11/- each to Promoter/Promoter Group by way of Preferential Issue, subject to approval of Shareholders.
