GAMMON INDIA LTD. - Results-Delay in Financial Results

We regret to inform you that the Company is unable to submit the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31-12-2023 by the due date i.e. on or before 14-02-2024 as the finalization of accounts could not be completed due to certain issues requiring more clarification and discussion to finalize the said accounts. The Company is already making all the efforts to finalize / approve / publish the financial results and submit it to the stock exchanges as soon as it is finalized with due notice.
