The tenure of Mr. Soumendra Nath Sanyal, Independent Director of the Company expired yesterday, 31-March-2024. Since Mr. Sanyal expressed his unwillingness to be re-appointed as an Independent Director, Mr. Sanyal ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 31-March-2024.
