GAMMON INDIA LTD. - Board Meeting on Feb 13, 2015

With reference to the earlier letter dated December 18, 2014, Gammon India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board in its meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2015 will be considering rescheduling of the 93rd Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was earlier scheduled to be held on March 02, 2015. The revised date for the 93rd AGM shall be intimated in due course.
