GAMMON INDIA LTD. - Change in Financial Year

Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on February 18, 2014, subject to the approval of the CDR Lenders, decided to change the financial year of the Company to December 31, 2013 instead of March 31, 2014. Accordingly the Company's financial year shall be for a period of nine (9) months commencing from April 01, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
