GAMMON INDIA LTD. - Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the terms of the Company's, "Insider Trading Code For Regulations Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the trading window shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
