This is to inform you that pursuant to the "Code of Fair disclosure and code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading'' of Company and SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities will remain closed for all Designated persons/connected and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results by the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
