Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd - Intimation For Termination Of Joint Venture Agreement

In continuation to our intimation dated Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR), 2015. we wish to inform you that the Joint venture (JV) Company namely Texol Oils FZC has been liquidated and simultaneously the termination agreement has been executed on October 17, 2025, for the closure of the said JV Company.
