Resignation of Ms. Priyanka M. Borkar as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that Ms. Priyanka M. Borkar has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 1st February, 2017. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her of her responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 6th March, 2017. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Priyanka M. Borkar has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
