GANESHA ECOSPHERE LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Diversification / Disinvestment

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, inter alia, considered and approved the reinstatement of Kanpur PSF unit by installing an HDPE/PP Recycling Plant, subject to the approval of the shareholders and appropriate statutory authorities.<BR> <BR> The details as required under the aforesaid regulation read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, are attached as Annexure-A.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record and oblige.<BR>
