Gangotri Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- In compliance to section -149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder and under clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, the Company has appointed Mrs. Manju Choudhary as women director of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2015.
